Certified Property Owners

We are actively seeking safe and quality housing options for members of the LGBTQ+. Our process vets property owners to ensure they are properly trained on property owners responsibilities, Fair Housing requirements, Local housing providers requirements, and on being a equitable housing provider. We want to help property owners avoid common pitfalls that lead to poor relationships with residents. We also over offer residents training to programs.
